Financial Customer Service Representative
Pacific Life is a company dedicated to providing support for policyholders during important financial moments. They are seeking Financial Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound calls, provide guidance on policy transactions, and ensure a smooth experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle 50–60 inbound calls daily from policyholders and financial professionals
- Provide guidance on policy transactions, account activity, and product details
- Research and resolve service requests with accuracy and professionalism
- Process requests and document interactions in internal systems
- Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers in real time
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
Skills
- 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (call center, banking, retail, hospitality, or similar)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfort using multiple computer systems
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in financial services or insurance
- FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 6, or Series 7)
