Landscape Designer
MSA Professional Services is a leading multidisciplinary firm focused on sustainable community development. They are seeking a Landscape Designer to prepare planting plans and designs for recreational projects while gaining skills towards becoming a Professional Landscape Architect.
Responsibilities
- Prepare planting plans, streetscape designs, waterfronts, and park plans
- Occasional travel to other MSA offices to collaborate with peers
- Design, develop, modify, and review drawings for site design projects according to established standards, with guidance from more experienced staff
- Develop solutions to technical challenges with site design and design communication tasks, in collaboration with more experienced colleagues
- Perform site visits and inspections
- Prepare drawings for the client to review, including renderings and animations
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture (or related field) required
- This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We will not provide sponsorship for this position
- Previous internship in a consulting environment strongly preferred
