[Remote] Security Awareness, Behavior, & Culture Analyst I (Remote) - WashU IT
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis is seeking a Security Awareness, Behavior, & Culture Analyst I to enhance information security across the university. This role involves developing training content, conducting research, and managing events to foster a secure culture within the institution.
Responsibilities
- Prepare written content for a diverse audience of faculty, staff, and students, explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
- Help develop training curriculum and phish testing strategy using visual design and editing software such as Vyond, Articulate, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct research for articles and web content pertaining to topics and best practices in information security
- Plan and manage events for Cybersecurity Awareness Month
- Analyze data about newsletter readership, website traffic, phishing simulation results, training completions, etc. to understand and improve program performance
- Configure and maintain content in Learning Management System (LMS) platforms like KnowBe4, Workday Learning, and Canvas
- Provide customer support
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
- Excellent research and writing skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
