Falmouth Exeter Plus is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their Finance team, focusing on the management of sales ledgers and credit control processes related to student finance. The role involves maintaining the student finance sales ledger, performing credit control procedures, and collaborating with team members in a close-knit environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the student finance sales ledger
  • Carrying out credit control procedures
  • Performing other sales related reconciliations and tasks on a rota-basis

Skills

  • Previous experience of working within a finance environment and working with a wide range of people in a customer facing role
  • Excellent numeracy and IT skills, and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to tailor verbal and written communications to be well understood by all parties
