  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field required
  • Property & Casualty License (must have current)
  • Life & Health License (must be willing to obtain)
  • Remote Bilingual Fluent Spanish (required)
  • State Farm experience (required)
