On W2(No Benefits) A Retirement Operations Analyst is one who maintains strong functional knowledge of reputed company aspects of the brokerage business with an emphasis on retirement account operations.
Responsibilities
Customer Request Handling / Problem Resolution / Data Analysis as assigned reputed company different levels of problem resolution & data analysis for reputed company aspects of retirement operations support including: contributions, distributions, processing conversions, characterizations, and state withholding reconciliation Reconcile activities to ensure transactions are recorded with the proper books and entry coding Assist the management team in developing metrics that demonstrate the reputed company / completion of retirement inquiry resolution Execute on customer requests to move money out of retirement accounts Understand tax implications of transactions in and out of different retirement account types Resolve retirement account issues and document the resolution process Deliver objective analysis of error trends and opportunities Validate data reputed company is maintained in client facing displays Quality Assurance Support strategic plans that enhance productivity through process efficiencies and automation Follow established procedures and quality assurance for retirement processes reputed company and reputed company account reconciliation efforts Project Work reputed company different levels of testing which may include system testing, usability/GUI testing, regression testing and business user acceptance testing Support creation, modification and review of test plan and test summary documents Manage annual notification, reconciliation, tax document review and other periodic activities reputed company metrics that demonstrate the reputed company / completion of functionality testing Ensure that the status reports produced are accurate, relevant, complete, and actionable Qualifications: REQUIREMENTS 3-5 years of experience with retirement account operations, IRS rules, and/or tax reporting obligations Analytical thinker, with excellent written and verbal communication Detail oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work against multiple deadlines and objectives Adaptable to dynamic work environments and priorities Demonstrate ownership and sense of urgency in resolving inquiries and issues Proven effectiveness in fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environment.
