Enrollment Marketing Specialist
Job Description:
- Support the member enrollment (recruitment) marketing strategy and execution for Cylinder’s clients, including client-specific communications planning, campaign management, and performance tracking
- Manage the recruitment communications calendar and report out on key campaign metrics, leveraging data, A/B testing, and performance insights to optimize engagement, scalability, and conversion outcomes
- Partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Marketing Ops, and Data teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive awareness, support client goals, and contribute to annual revenue targets
- Identify opportunities to improve and scale processes to increase operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness
- Lead client-facing communication initiatives by pitching strategies, presenting campaign plans and assets, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of work experience with 1-2 years of experience planning and executing marketing campaigns on behalf of clients
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or other related fields
- Experience working in a B2B2C capacity
- Comfortable presenting in front of groups of all sizes
- Self-directed, highly organized, and ability to prioritize
