Power BI Developer / Analytics Translator Title: Power BI Developer / Analytics Translator Reports to: VP / Manager of Data Analytics Location: Taunton, MA with potential for Hybrid work schedule Role Summary The Power BI Developer / Analytics Translator bridges the gap between business questions and analytics delivery. This role accelerates dashboard development, improves adoption, and significantly reduces ad-hoc demand on senior analytics staff. Key Responsibilities · Gather analytics requirements from business users · Design and build Power BI dashboards and reports · Translate business questions into visual analytics solutions · Support KPI definition and documentation · Conduct user training and enablement sessions · Provide Tier-1 analytics support and office hours · Create dashboard documentation and user guides Hands-On Expectations · Daily Power BI development · Direct interaction with Marketing, Operations, Lending, and Finance · Leading training and onboarding sessions Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree · 2–5 years experience in BI or analytics · Strong Power BI visualization skills · Excellent communication and facilitation skills · Business-oriented mindset Success Measures · Speed of dashboard delivery · User adoption and satisfaction · Reduction in ad-hoc analytics requests · Training effectiveness Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
