Key Objectives

  • Accurately transcribe, format, and manage documents and correspondence.
  • Support administrative processes by maintaining organized digital records.
  • Ensure timely completion of clerical tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Type and proofread a variety of documents including reports, memos, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to clarify instructions and deadlines.
  • Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a remote work setting.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a clerk typist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent typing speed with strong accuracy (minimum 60 WPM preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with document management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or technical training is a plus.
