Job Description: Drafting/modeling and administering minor adjustments to design development drawings and complete construction drawings. Independently execute assignments and arrive at solutions (with direction) on project. Ensure compliance of construction documents and details to meet code and best practices. Attend project conference calls and in-house (Teams) meetings, as required, to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule. Review accuracy of calculations, square footages, building code, zoning, and city ordinance compliance, plans and completed reports. Requirements for this Position: Solid grasp of architectural design processes and knowledge of construction methods, materials, and means. Understanding of design-to-detail processes and required annotation at each level. Time management skills with the ability to transition between projects/tasks quickly, problem-solve, and understand the shortest paths. Strong Architectural background preferred, especially in mixed-use and multi-family residential. At minimum, Intermediate Revit skills (assessment test will be administered).
