Job Summary

As a Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in representing our automotive dealer clients favorably through online conversations. Your primary goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Key Responsibilities

* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to their inquiries and providing solutions to their needs

• Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients favorably, ensuring a positive and professional online experience
• Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging atmosphere, building rapport with customers and increasing the likelihood of converting conversations into leads
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
• Collaborate with our team of customer engagement specialists to share best practices and improve overall performance
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Must live within the state of Texas

• Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
• Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (or equivalent)
• Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position
• Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
• Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
• Gaming experience is preferred

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the automotive industry or a related field

• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer engagement tools
• Strong typing skills (40 WPM or above)
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
