Responsibilities

Manage and nurture key client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner. Analyze client needs and develop customized solutions to enhance their logistics experience. Monitor and track key account parcel deliveries, proactively resolving any service issues. Conduct regular performance reviews with key accounts and provide data-driven insights. Prepare and present tailored quotations by applying pricing policies and market intelligence. Develop and maintain customer SOPs to ensure consistency in service delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service performanceand improve customer experience. Track and manage account billing, ensuring invoices are processed and payments are collected on time. Identify growth opportunities within existing key accounts to drive additional revenue. Assist in the claims process and ensure timely resolutions for key account clients. Take on additional tasks as needed to support business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, business development, or sales within the logistics industry (preferably small parcel last-mile delivery). Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationshipswhile achieving business growth. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends for strategic decision-making. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Willingness to travel as required. Apply To This Job
