Position Overview: We are seeking a Director of Corporate Strategy and Investments to join reputed company and play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the family's investments and corporate development activities. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a reputed company field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- Proven experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity PLUS corporate strategy, investments, and portfolio management OR another Family Office.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and managing risks.
- Experience in family office settings or closely held businesses is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and confidentially with high-net-worth individuals and family leadership.
