Community Ambassador – Kenya
About Fasset Fasset is a regulated stablecoin neobank on a mission to make stablecoin-powered finance accessible to everyone. Role Overview We are looking for a passionate Community Ambassador to represent and grow the Fasset community in Kenya. You’ll be a brand advocate, connector, and educator, helping people across Kenya discover the power of stablecoins and the Fasset platform.
Responsibilities
Grow Fasset’s community in Kenya across online channels such as Telegram, Discord, X, and Instagram, as well as through offline initiatives. Organise and host local meetups, webinars, and grassroots community events. Educate community members about Fasset products, stablecoins, and digital finance. Serve as the first point of contact for the local community, gathering feedback and relaying insights to the central team. Identify local KOLs, influencers, and media opportunities to amplify Fasset’s presence. Report weekly on community metrics, sentiment, and key activities.
Requirements
Genuine passion for crypto, DeFi, or stablecoins, with a strong interest in financial education. Existing network within Kenya’s crypto, fintech, or youth finance community. Strong communication and public speaking skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Native or fluent proficiency in English and Swahili or other relevant local languages.
Nice to Have
Previous experience as a community manager or brand ambassador. Familiarity with community analytics tools such as Combot, Orbit, or Beehiiv. Apply To This Job
