About the Role: As Operations Associate you will be responsible for helping with operational responsibilities of several key departments: Support day-to-day financial and operational administration, including accounts payable, vendor management, expense reimbursements, and drafting financial deliverables; Work across departments within the agency and with the COO to ensure we are meeting client deadlines; Helping communicate specs and creative needs to the creative and scripting teams and working to resolve issues when they arise; Assisting with creative asset management; Managing internal compliance systems and billing notifications for client reporting; Helping oversee weekly client competitive and campaign performance reporting.
