Seeking a Strategic Operations Leader to Help Scale a Growing Nonprofit
Cavikas Is Growing — And We’re Building the Right Team Cavikas is entering its next phase of growth. We are an active California nonprofit using Argentine Tango as a tool for connection, healing, and community — especially for seniors, individuals facing physical challenges, and those seeking meaningful human interaction. Now, we’re rebuilding our internal structure so we can scale responsibly and sustainably. We are looking for a strategic operations-minded volunteer (3–5 hrs/week) who can help us:
- Organize systems and workflows
- Clarify roles and responsibilities
- Strengthen operational structure
- Help move from “founder-driven” to “system-driven”
This is not a casual social media role. This is a foundational role for someone who understands how to build organizations properly.
