Ad Operations Analyst (Entry-Level, Remote)
About the role: We’re hiring Ad Operations Analysts to join a fast-moving digital team. This is an entry-level role designed for highly analytical, technically minded graduates who want to get hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. You don’t need prior Ad Ops experience - but you must be sharp with numbers, quick to learn, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. This role is ideal for STEM graduates who want to break into digital advertising, data, and performance marketing. Responsibilities: Set up, manage, and monitor digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms Track performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and identify optimization opportunities Analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions daily Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure smooth delivery Work with internal teams to execute and improve campaign performance Build reports and dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / platform dashboards) Continuously test variables (creatives, audiences, bidding strategies) Required Skills And Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (STEM fields preferred: Math, Engineering, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, etc.) Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with numbers Fluent English (written and spoken - must be able to communicate clearly in a professional environment) High attention to detail Fast learner with strong problem-solving ability Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data Ability to handle repetitive tasks without losing focus Bonus: Any exposure to digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) Additional details: This is a full-time, remote position Starting compensation: up to $1,500/month.
