Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a relevant bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are highly desirable. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security practices, and server management is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a customer-oriented approach are also required. Familiarity with cloud platforms, virtualization, and scripting languages will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
