Treasury Analyst: I (Junior)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is fully remote and offers an exciting opportunity to support essential treasury operations and contribute to the team’s success. You will play a critical role in managing cash transfers, resolving banking issues, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily cash transfers across multiple banks and accounts in coordination with team members.
• Review and update client banking information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in initiating debit and credit batches for organizational transactions.
• Address and resolve issues related to debit rejects and reattempts efficiently.
• Respond to client inquiries related to treasury activities and provide timely resolutions.
• Compile data and generate financial reports as required.
• Support ad hoc projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Manage inquiries and requests to banking partners to maintain effective communication.
• Handle inquiries regarding banking operations and provide relevant solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in accounting, banking, or finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with operational excellence and continuous improvement principles.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members and work under direction.

Compensation $26.60-$30.80 Hourly
