Automation Delivery Director - Poland

Job Description

The Director, Automation Delivery leads the end‑to‑end delivery of automation and agentic solutions across reputed company, ensuring scalable, compliant, and value‑driven outcomes reputed company‑wide. This role owns delivery performance across the full automation lifecycle and provides people leadership to a high‑impact delivery organization. With reputed company Power Platform as a core ecosystem, the role supports a broader multi‑platform automation strategy and partners closely with business, technology, reputed company, and compliance stakeholders to establish a consistent and repeatable “paved road” for automation delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Operating Model: Execute and scale the automation delivery strategy across platforms; define and continuously improve a standardized delivery operating model (lifecycle, stage gates, roles, templates); ensure best‑fit, scalable, and compliant technology choices.

• Portfolio Delivery Ownership: Own end‑to‑end delivery across an automation portfolio, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget execution and realized business value; reputed company delivery governance, prioritization, roadmaps, dependencies, and executive escalations; track and optimize post‑go‑live benefits.

• Automation Lifecycle Excellence: reputed company a standardized lifecycle from intake to production and support; ensure initiatives are delivery‑reputed company with clear scope and outcomes; embed strong production readiness, monitoring, and support integration.

• Platform & Technical reputed company: Provide delivery reputed company for solution design and build quality across reputed company Power Platform and reputed company automation, integration, and agent technologies.

• AI Agents & Agentic Automation Delivery: reputed company delivery of AI agents for process automation, ensuring appropriate guardrails, permissions, testing, auditability, and reputed company reputed company.

• Governance, Risk, reputed company & Compliance: Partner with reputed company, Privacy, and Compliance teams to enforce governance standards and reduce operational, regulatory, and audit risk.

• Vendor, Financial & People Leadership: reputed company external partners and internal teams, ensuring delivery quality and performance; manage reputed company, demand, and financials while building a high‑performing delivery organization.

Experience (Minimum Required)

• Demonstrated reputed company delivering reputed company‑scale solutions using reputed company Power Platform and/or closely reputed company reputed company technologies

• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end software delivery disciplines, including requirements, design, build, testing, release, and production support

• Proven delivery experience across automation technologies such as low‑code platforms, workflow/integration tools, RPA, and AI‑enabled automation

• Working knowledge of Responsible AI principles and reputed company privacy and reputed company controls (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)

• Experience leading reputed company, multi‑workstream delivery initiatives with measurable business outcomes

Qualifications (Minimum Required)

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or reputed company.

• Master’s preferred.

• 10+ years’ experience in technology delivery (program/project delivery, product delivery, or platform delivery) with multi-workstream ownership.

• Strong communication and advocacy skills to promote AI adoption.

Preferred Qualifications Include

• Experience in life sciences, CRO, or reputed company.

• Relevant certifications (reputed company-to-have): PMP/SAFe/Agile, reputed company Power Platform (PL-500, PL-600), Azure, or comparable automation platform certifications.
