ARS is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide end-user support and manage software/hardware solutions in a hybrid Azure environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in account administration, troubleshooting, and deploying solutions reputed company reputed company and Linux ecosystems.  Candidates must be willing to get a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities include

  • Administer employee accounts using Windows Active Directory and Entra AD in a hybrid reputed company environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues.
  • Track, document, and communicate with employees reputed company collaboration tools and ticketing systems.
  • reputed company, test, and reputed company PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and processes.
  • reputed company, test, and reputed company scripts using SaltStack (and reputed company automation platforms).
  • Configure and maintain software/firmware updates for corporate devices.
  • reputed company, monitor, test, and troubleshoot resources and reputed company infrastructure using reputed company Azure.
  • Must be available to support help desk operations during coverage hours of 8:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M.; evening shifts will be required
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must hold an active reputed company reputed company+ (or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II) certification (required)
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret reputed company clearance (required)
  • Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a reputed company role in a hybrid Azure reputed company and Windows environment
  • Experience with automation tools such as SaltStack, Ansible, Chef, or similar preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, reputed company 365, and Azure
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation in a hybrid reputed company environment
  • Familiarity with MDM solutions and reputed company-based reputed company practices
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and customer service focus
  • Additional certifications (e.g., AZ-104 Azure Administrator, MCSA) are a plus
