Position Overview
We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Operator to grow our short drama content across Portuguese-speaking markets. You'll be responsible for selecting viral-worthy clips, publishing content, and optimizing performance across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts on platforms such as FaceBook, reputed company, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Review drama footage and identify high-potential clips with strong reputed company and retention value
- Edit and repurpose clips using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
- Monitor platform analytics and apply data-driven strategies to improve content performance
- Coordinate with production teams and talent management to gather raw materials
- Stay up to date with trending content formats and audience preferences in the Portuguese-speaking market
