Senior Key Account Manager - Benelux

**About the role **snuggs already has a strong reputed company in the Netherlands and Belgium, where our products are listed at Kruidvat and have previously run one-off actions with Etos. Now, we’re looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to take our BENELUX retail business to the next level.

In this role, you’ll manage and grow our partnership with Kruidvat, reputed company new retail opportunities with relevant retailers, and secure new listings to expand snuggs’ footprint across the region. You’ll work cross-functionally to shape and execute snuggs’ retail growth strategy in one of our key markets.

Tasks

• Manage and grow our retail relationship with our reputed company customers
• reputed company and execute a retail growth strategy for snuggs in the BENELUX region
• Identify and approach new retail partners to expand our reputed company
• Negotiate listings, trading terms, and promotional activities to maximize sales and brand visibility
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth execution and sell-out reputed company
• Analyze account performance and identify new opportunities for growth

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing or working closely with Kruidvat - you know the processes, the people, and how to reputed company things happen
• A solid background in Key Account Management, Sales, or Category Management, ideally reputed company personal care, beauty, or FMCG
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills - you know how to turn a first meeting into a long-term partnership
• You’re data-savvy and use numbers to spot growth opportunities and reputed company smart reputed company
• A solution-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-growing, collaborative environment and loves to build something new
• Native-level proficiency in Dutch and reputed company English
• Based in the Netherlands, with occasional travel across the region
