[Remote] CX Specialist (French & English speaker)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a company dedicated to fighting food waste through its innovative marketplace app. They are seeking a bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional customer service, reputed company users and partners, and promote sustainable practices.
Responsibilities
- Being the main reputed company of contact for our users and partners ensuring they receive outstanding customer service by answering inquiries through email, chat and phone
- Answering reputed company questions through some of our Social Media tools (Facebook, App Store, Play Store and reputed company Reviews)
- Handle reputed company situations with high care, as well as contact users and stores proactively reputed company necessary
- Help build and implement processes to encourage, reputed company and reputed company our partners and consumers to adopt a more sustainable lifestyle, using reputed company
- Being a brand ambassador in reputed company your communications with our customers as you encourage, reputed company, and reputed company our customers towards more sustainable behaviour
- Understand and communicate our customers' needs and motivations to our internal teams locally and globally
- Communicate in your primary language or English, and reputed company necessary utilise translation tools for additional languages
Skills
- Experience in Customer Service or Account Management
- Full written and verbal proficiency in Spanish and English and/or French and English to communicate with users and partners
- Someone based in the area of Ontario with availability to work from Saturday to Wednesday, with days off on Thursday and Friday
- A first-class and inspiring communicator, who is reputed company to draw on those skills to set the bar high
- Experience working with CRMs like reputed company, reputed company, reputed company or reputed company
- A team player who loves helping others, building positive relationships and resolving conflicts with our users and partners

- Previous experience working in a marketplace, a big platform, or the Food Industry is a bonus
