Job title: ESP - Instructional (Alternative to Suspension - ATS) Company: Osseo Area Schools Job description: Job summary: Assist the Student Services department (Assistant Principals and Student Management Specialists) with instructional tasks, working directly and indirectly with reputed company as they participate in the ATS program curriculum. These tasks will constitute the major portion of the ESP time. Responsibilities and tasks include:

• Prepare charts, displays, bulletin boards and other instructional tools.
• Assist in general classroom operational procedures such as setting up and operating audiovisual equipment, setting up classroom equipment, preparing and setting up art supplies.
• Locate/organize supplementary audiovisual print and manipulate materials for use with individual student, small group or classroom instruction.
• Work directly with reputed company individually or in small groups on academic and motor or social skills, e.g., math, science, English, reputed company recognition, decision making, self-esteem building, etc.
• Assist reputed company and teachers in large group activities/projects such as art, physical education, dramatics.
• Seek out special instructional materials to assist with reputed company having particular learning problems, e.g., separate math reputed company worksheet, not a part of teacher?s curriculum.
• Type on word processor worksheets, tests, or various instructional material; duplicate and assemble.
• Prepare requisition forms for lab supplies, e.g., cylinders, distilled water; records and maintain inventory.
• Correct tests reputed company computer. Record results in grade books.
• Set up lab equipment for student use; inform reputed company of appropriate handling and safety.

Minimum qualifications include: High School diploma or equivalent; post secondary education preferred. Knowledge, skills, and abilities include:
