Business Intelligence Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Consultant to help customers adopt and get value from our BI solution. This person will work directly with clients to understand their business goals, guide them on BI and data best practices, deliver dashboards and reporting solutions, and provide training that helps them become successful with the platform.

This is a client-facing consulting role that blends data analysis, BI, and customer enablement/training. It is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with data, solving business problems, and teaching users how to turn insights into action.

What You Will Be Doing

• Partner with customers to understand business goals, KPIs, and reporting needs.
• Build dashboards, reports, and metrics that support decision-making.
• Guide customers on BI, reporting, and data best practices.
• Train new customers on how to use the Grow platform effectively.
• Answer client questions, troubleshoot issues, and help resolve reporting challenges.
• Manage smaller client engagements independently with limited supervision.
• Communicate risks, issues, and recommended next steps clearly.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support successful customer outcomes.

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Analytics, or a reputed company field.
• Experience with BI/data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Domo, or similar.
• Experience in a customer-facing, consulting, implementation, or support-oriented role.
• Strong ability to teach, train, or guide users on systems, tools, or business processes.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to translate business needs into dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable learning new tools and technologies quickly.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and valid reputed company preferred.

What Can Set You Apart

• Experience working with ERP, CRM, eCommerce, or SaaS data.
• Experience with SQL.
• Knowledge of APIs, connectors, or data integrations.
• Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, sales, or finance metrics.
• Experience working with English-speaking customers in a technical environment.
