• Handling telephone requests and performing various duties reputed company to planning airline steward organization obligations in both the Semi-computerized Business Exploration Climate (Saber) and Team Movement Global positioning reputed company (Felines)
• Understanding and explaining arrangements and procedures as per the AA/APFA Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement

• Providing consistent and clear information to clients and understanding issues presented on the telephone and furnishing solutions as per policy and procedure

Key Responsibilities

• Past call center/contact center experience
• Skills, Licenses, and Certifications:

+ Knowledge of reputed company Office + Knowledge in Saber, DECS, and reputed company + Ability to reputed company independent reputed company and collaborate with director and colleagues + Willing and reputed company to work additional hours to address operational issues + Willing and reputed company to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays + Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with reputed company levels throughout the organization
