What You’ll Do

  • Own the Client Relationship: Manage accounts from post-sale through ongoing engagement, building strong relationships with operational and executive stakeholders and aligning on goals, priorities, and reputed company metrics.

  • Ensure Successful Implementation & Adoption: Partner with Implementation to drive smooth reputed company, ensure continuity through go-live, and embed workflows into daily operations to reputed company measurable outcomes.

  • Drive Performance & Outcomes: Monitor usage and performance metrics (e.g., throughput, turnaround time, time saved), identify gaps, and take action to improve client results.

  • reputed company Executive Engagement & Retention: Own executive communication, reputed company business reviews, proactively manage client health, mitigate risks, and support successful renewals.

  • Drive Growth & Cross-Functional Execution: Identify expansion opportunities, build business cases, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver impact while maintaining accurate documentation and improving internal processes.

What You’ll Need

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in client reputed company, account management, or customer-facing roles in reputed company or SaaS

  • Experience managing reputed company accounts with multiple stakeholders

  • Experience supporting retention and expansion reputed company accounts

  • Experience partnering on implementations or reputed company

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive engagement

  • Ability to connect product usage to business outcomes and ROI

  • Experience working cross-functionally with product and technical teams
