Responsibilities
Responsible for the following duties at Caesars City: Conducting frequent inspections of reputed company Casino areas in order to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Determine times for heavy cleaning in Public and Casino Areas, and assign special projects and follow up on completion of same. Assists and is fully responsible for reputed company public areas in the absence of the Shift Manager. Directs maintenance program to ensure clean and attractive public area casino/hotel environment. Must be reputed company of the rules and regulations contained in the Local 54 contract in order that disciplinary matters may be handled correctly. Establishes standards and procedures for ensuring cleaning needs and adequate services. Responsible for the training, supervision and development of the entire staff for reputed company shift reputed company duties and responsibilities. Responsible for compliance with reputed company regulatory requirements reputed company area of responsibility. Must have reputed company escort reputed company accessing restricted areas. Assists with the inventory of reputed company Public Housekeeping stock. Completes special assignments for upper management as requested.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum two years supervisory experience in Public Areas, Housekeeping, Maintenance or reputed company services preferred.
