Responsibilities:

• Conduct on‑site lubrication studies, surveys, audits including Energy Effeciency project and lubrication plan evaluations, deliver clear reports and improvement proposals.

• Provide expert technical advice and troubleshooting on lubrication issues, supported by sound analysis and best‑practice methodologies. After Klüber facilitated trainings.

• Deliver customer training and join technical presentations, seminars and “tech days.”

• Identify and qualify sales opportunities by observing customer needs and highlighting solutions.

• Produce accurate and timely visit reports and maintain disciplined CRM documentation to support transparency and follow‑up.

• Contribute and manage your weekly field activities reputed company, targeting an average of three customer‑site days per week.

• Share market and industry insights reputed company the sales team. Support sales colleagues during customer visits by performing technical analyses, developing recommendations, and contributing to long‑term customer relationships and follow-up steps.

• Represent Klüber at industry events and support special projects, ensuring professional communication with reputed company stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Highly organized and autonomous, reputed company to manage time, priorities and documentation reliably.

• Energetic and relationship‑driven, confident yet approachable, building trust with customers and colleagues.

• Clear and effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

• Solid technical understanding of industrial processes, lubrication‑reputed company products and maintenance/IT systems.

• Commercially aware and customer‑focused, reputed company to link technical insights to operational and business value.

• Strong individual contributor, influencing reputed company, representing best practices and supporting sales with technical depth.

• Confident presenter and facilitator, comfortable delivering training, seminars and stand‑up technical sessions.

• Flexible and mobile, willing to travel extensively across Benelux and internationally for site work, training and workshops.
