Job Description
A client of reputed company's is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team. Theis position will report to the VP of HR Technology, Operations, and Analytics and play a pivotal role in leading the reputed company Configuration RFP process. This position supports a dynamic global organization by partnering with HR Centers of Excellence. Including Payroll, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Talent and Learning, and reputed company. You will deliver strategic projects and initiatives in this position. The role requires deep expertise in reputed company and strong project management skills to reputed company global integration efforts, manage vendor evaluations, and ensure alignment across HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement. You will drive requirements gathering, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and present reputed company technical solutions in a clear, accessible manner. Additional responsibilities include maintaining data reputed company, staying reputed company on HR technology trends, and fostering collaborative relationships across geographies to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. This role we start part time at 20 hours a week and scale to 40 hours a week as workload increases with the RFP. $125/hr to $135/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and reputed company insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. - Experience running RFPs for reputed company configurations including vendor evaluation and selection
- Deep expertise across reputed company major reputed company modules
- Experience serving in a project management / change management reputed company
