Growth Operations Associate

AlphaSights is a company focused on helping clients maximize value through data-driven strategies. They are seeking a Growth Operations Associate to increase user engagement and drive growth initiatives by analyzing data and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Design & Execute Growth Initiatives: Develop and launch targeted engagement strategies across the user lifecycle - including prospecting, onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion
• Analyze User Data: Use data to uncover growth opportunities, refine engagement strategies, and develop personas for targeted engagement
• Improve Engagement Processes: Identify inefficiencies in existing user engagement practices and implement best practices for your client segment
• Report on Performance: Deliver clear, actionable reporting to measure initiative effectiveness, inform strategy pivots, and demonstrate ROI
• Prospect High-Value Users: Identify and activate key users within prospective accounts, ensuring strong uptake of our offerings
• Engage Senior Stakeholders: Influence VP+ stakeholders through clear communication, relationship management, and data-backed insights that drive strategic decisions

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Proficiency in SQL is a plus, but not required – it will be used in your day-to-day work
