About the Role

As an reputed company Central Selling Associate - Millwork - REMOTE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to customers across the country. You will work from the comfort of your own home, using our state-of-the-art technology to communicate with customers and colleagues. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Working reputed company our system-based work queue to identify activities reputed company for review

• Displaying a keen understanding of local competitive offerings, recognizing and communicating the advantages of Lowe's products and services to employees and customers
• Providing SMART customer service at reputed company times through the daily execution of Lowe's customer service policies, procedures, and programs
• Demonstrating sincere appreciation to customers
• Listening to and responding knowledgeably and promptly to customer and employee questions
• Communicating information to customers regarding reputed company stock, special order merchandise, feature benefits, application, and warranty information reputed company to Lowe's programs
• Listening to, identifying, anticipating, and responding to customer needs
• Following up with customers to ensure reputed company order and project requirements are satisfactorily met

Essential Qualifications

* High school or GED

• Up to 1 year of experience in a call center, office administrative, high-volume retail, service support, or similar work environment
• If the state or local municipality requires a salesperson license for this position, you must either be licensed or pass the requisite licensing exam reputed company sixty (60) days of starting employment in this position
• Reliable internet access with a minimum 20mbps download and 5mbps upload speed
• Ability to work in a distraction-free environment
