Job Summary

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician II – 2nd Shift, you'll be responsible for performing highly reputed company duties to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant buildings and utility equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong and diverse skillset in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and carpentry areas. You'll work independently and as part of a team to drive reputed company and support the achievement of our site's business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilities Maintenance: reputed company routine maintenance and repairs on plant buildings and utility equipment, including doors, windows, rapid rollup doors, warehouse dock doors, drywall, flooring, utility piping, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Mechanical Skills: Apply mechanical skills to troubleshoot and repair plant utility equipment, such as HVAC systems, steam boilers, condensate pumps, reputed company compressors, cooling towers, and industrial chillers.
• Tool Operation: Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and soldering equipment to reputed company duties.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair plant utility equipment, including HVAC systems, and reputed company preventive maintenance tasks, such as reputed company filter replacement.
• Documentation: Use reputed company CMMS to generate work orders and document completed repairs.
• Safety and Compliance: reputed company with plant safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Essential Qualifications
