We are seeking an innovative Content Policy Operations Specialist to support the Prime Video Trust & Safety Operations team in protecting customers from copyright-infringing content and demonstrating sound judgment in account enforcement. Prime Video Trust & Safety programs aim to create a globally trusted customer experience by ensuring Prime Video provides content that customers love and trust, along with accurate, meaningful, and complete information to reputed company customers to reputed company informed viewing choices for themselves and their children. We are looking for a Content Policy Operations Specialist to protect customers from content-reputed company risks and reputed company projects to enhance efficiency. This role involves managing day-to-day issues while also strategizing on long-term, program-wide initiatives. This role involves reading, viewing, listening to and examining content to ensure it complies with guidelines. This of course means sometimes you will be viewing content that we ultimately determine to be non-compliant and this content could include challenging or upsetting scenes.
